minato-ku art Walk

wAtelier presented a proposal to curate “accidental urban spaces” in dark, abandoned structures along the Furukawa River in Tokyo at the Association of Asian Studies Conference in March.

KUWAMIZU BATH HOUSE

wAtelier won a competition to design a small communal bath house in an earthquake-stricken city in Kyushu, Japan. The work is now featured on Domus and won Frame Award 2021.

HOI AN LANDMARK HOTEL

An ongoing project, wAtelier is the lead designer for the five-star, 23-floor resort hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam. We experimented and conceived a way a big hotel can be more than a giant box.
